About 22 high-qualified employees, in the four subsidiaries, accompany the projects from the first, rough copy to the pilot and series production.

Moreover, the company trains about 25 precision mechanics, car body specialists and secretaries in its subsidiaries.

A company-internal quality management employee observes, verifies und documents the production during the whole manufacturing.
