1989
Foundation of Stolfig® GmbH - Geisenfeld by Peter Stolfig in Geisenfeld a.d. Ilm in the heart of Bavaria.
  1995
Foundation of the subsidiary Stolfig® GmbH - Chotešov in Chotesov/Czech Republic
1999
Foundation of the subsidiary Stolfig® GmbH - Pausa in Pausa/Saxony.
  2002
Foundation of Decast GmbH.
2003
Foundation of the subsidiary Stolfig® Auto. Proto. Co. Ltd. Anting Town Shanghai in China.
  2004
Foundation of the Stolfig® AG as holding with the individual subsidiaries.
2005
The group employs about 200 employees, as well as about 25 trainees. Moreover the group is currently presented in Germany, the Czech Republic and China.
